Is a class where we start off with flowy hatha yoga that focuses on connecting breath with movement. Hatha yoga emphasizes balance between strength and flexibility.

We finish the class with Yin yoga that targets the deep connective tissues through passive stretching, holding poses for several minutes to release tension and increase flexibility.

While Hatha builds strength and stability, Yin enhances flexibility and relaxation, making them complementary practices for a well-rounded yoga class.

Reiki session

Reiki is a form of alternative therapy where I as a practitioner use my hands to channel energy into the patient’s body.

It’s believed to promote healing, relaxation, and overall well-being by balancing the energy flow in the body.

Beach Yoga, Yin Yoga

35 euros for monthly classes

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods, usually three to five minutes or more.

It targets the connective tissues, like ligaments, fascia, and joints, rather than focusing on muscles. It’s great for flexibility, relaxation, and promoting a meditative state.
